Barber & DeAtley, Inc. began working with Prospect Bank in 2008 to create their Champaign banking facility.  Starting with preliminary plans and site design, we eventually hired architect Gaylord Swisher and worked with Arnett Designs, masterfully adapting the former gas station into the traditional, warm banking facility that it is today.  In 2018, we completed an interior remodeling and an addition accommodated the bank’s growth in Champaign.

As General Contractor, Barber & DeAtley, Inc. performed selective demolition, interior and exterior framing, design and installation of new wood paneling, wood trim, and other casework, other decorative elements, concrete paving, and more.  Barber & DeAtley, Inc. also provided supervision and coordination of all subcontractors on the project.
