Working with plans prepared by project Architect IGW Architecture, the project included demolition of what had been a former retail store, with new underground electric and plumbing, new walls and ceilings throughout, new openings for doors and windows in masonry fire walls, a new entrance, new chiller and boiler installations, and fit out of the individual department spaces, including offices, classrooms, several laboratory spaces, and restrooms.

Barber & DeAtley, Inc. self performed general contracting, selective demolition, concrete, finish carpentry, casework, and more.
