Barber & DeAtley, Inc. was hired to build the Champaign location for Baxters American Grille when they expanded to Champaign.  Working under separate contracts with both the restaurant owner and a local landlord for dining room, patio, and kitchen work, Barber & DeAtley, Inc. completely gutted the space and provided modern finishes, perfect for what is one of Champaign-Urbana’s top restaurants.

As General Contractor, Barber & DeAtley, Inc. performed selective demolition, structural and ornamental steel, interior and exterior framing, new bar, wood paneling, wood trim, and other casework, and various decorative elements.  Barber & DeAtley, Inc. also provided supervision and coordination of all subcontractors on the project.
